In her 20+ years in business, she built a reputation for quickly assessing needs and developing programs that exceeded expectations. She assisted thousands going through career transitions find new jobs to maintain and improve their standard of living expectations.

In her work with individuals with disabilities and mental/emotional challenges, Kathy taught, trained professionals, and consulted to families for many year, improving the lives of people with complex life challenges. At MedInsure+, she is offering specialized services for Medicare eligible individuals. For over 50 years Rick spent his professional life helping people through transitions. First, as an ordained minister, he supported people and their families through the joys and sorrows of the human condition, helping them find ways to achieve greater happiness and peace.

Then, as a trainer/educator, he helped people make career decisions, teaching them skills such as Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, Decision-making and Leadership. The last 30 plus years have been spend primarily in the healthcare industry coaching leaders and teams how to create business environments of authentic communication and trust.

Now he continues his passion for helping people as they make important health insurance decisions that meet their needs and protect their assets.
